Christmas is Coming!

Join myself and my lovely friend and brilliant chef Pippa from Pippa’s Pantry and spend a morning learning how to make delicious canapes in time for Christmas along with a small festive table arrangement. Pippa has been running cookery workshops from her kitchen in Hong Kong and more recently from her home in Warwickshire and I have persuaded her to venture to Malvern to run a festive workshop here for us at Sherridge.

Canapes she will be demonstrating (before you’ll have a go) include:

• Parma ham parcels
• Goat’s cheese Christmas ‘bombs’
• Corn cakes with avocado salsa and roast tomato
• Spinach and smoked salmon roulade bites
• Watermelon hearts and/or prawn, mango and cucumber cups

I will then show you how to make a gorgeous Christmas table arrangement using foliage picked from my garden along with a few other festive decorations!

Bring a container to take everything home with you otherwise welcome to stay on, eat your canapes and chat!

Coffee/tea and home made cake included!
